灌云什么时候可以发达，当兵都没保障
当了两年兵，回来就拿了两千，其他地方每年给四五千，回来两万，国家政策都是一年一万，我深深的对这个地方有点厌恶，不过也是我的家乡，难过一点，当兵回来都没保障，
