灌云的电影院就是摆设吗？
一个电影院耗资巨大，盖了起来也没听说它给灌云人民起了多大的作用，多大的好处，无疑它就是一个摆设，和以前的一样，一个空架子，电影院不向人民开放不放电影那还叫什么影剧院？？？
