案件胜诉后却得不到执行，日前，江苏连云港海州区残疾人吴宜安（吴为申请执行人）正向灌云县法院、灌云县政法委、灌云县纪检部门控告此事，灌云县法院审判监督庭长陈强因帮被申请人李述军强迫吴接受低价执行和解而被同时控告。
