杨中老师中的败类，老赖潘恒超，欠钱不还！
2009年6月杨中老师潘恒超向人借款三万多块钱,借钱时胸口拍得乒乓响,到还钱时说话像放屁一样,至今也没有还钱,现已被告上法庭,可是脸皮厚,就是不肯还钱.灌云县人民法院执行局法官王如涧已下最后通知如再不还钱就要拘.请大家有借钱给这个无赖的赶紧要!
