全县教职工为困难教职工捐资（每人100元），捐资到困难职工手吗
我们都是纳税人，政府拿我们的纳税钱到底干什么去了？还要我们每年都捐。说是自愿，有时直接从工资卡中扣了！
一般学校教职工多则几百人，少的也有几十人，每人100元的捐资也不少，但每年困难教职工的人数平均每个学校能有一个吗？
