上个星期六下午，一辆残疾车带客在四队桥翻入河内，导致一名四岁小男孩活生生的被淹死，而其奶奶听说后竟然在悲痛中也离开了人世。希望有关部门能够重视一下，不要再让此类的事情发生了！！！！！！
