灌云申通的态度怎么这么差近啊？
本人在网上买东西，通过申通快递，星期日到货，送货的人也没有先给我打电话，直接送到单位，因为星期日没上班，送货的人也给我打电话，我说十分钟左右到单位，可是送货的人说等不了，让我自己到新村街去拿。哪有这种道理？？？
