黑心开发商，偷工减料，房顶严重裂缝
我家是阳光花园，是五楼，房顶裂了几条缝有七八米，开发商说正常，可能是楼上装修圧的，建设局人也说正常，我们小区别人家都没有，难道不裂缝不正常吗！可笑，还说不是质量问题，请大家帮帮忙，怎么办
