前几天在淘宝上买了一条大的毛巾，城里人都说是浴巾，花了我9.9元，我买的深蓝色，老板给我发了浅蓝，其实颜色我无所谓，我就问掌柜的了，我的意思就让他以后注意发货，没想到掌柜的连忙道歉，并说如果不影响使用的话给我退四块钱，哥直接心花怒放的答应了。15787
