日本只发给员工太太的“太太奖金”
在日本很多企业，除每6个月发半年奖、年终奖外，每年4月还会再发一次奖金，但不发给员工本人，而是发给员工的太太，被称为“太太奖金”。日本企业认为，太太奖金很重要，能督促员工太太们更好地支持丈夫的工作。
