求助啊，怎么能改掉喝醉酒乱打电话乱说话的毛病啊？昨晚貌似又喝高了，又乱打了好几个电话，然后貌似又对一些女姓朋友说了一些不该说的话，今早醒来，感觉要没脸见人了。。。这毛病咋治啊？
