灌云警察能干什么？车被盗了没查了就说找不到了。
本人2012年1月被到一辆豪爵转豹摩托车一辆，报警居然没出警，我自己到派出所去，警察还没查就说找不到，要是公安局局长车被偷了估计不会超过24小时就找到了，人民公安不为人民办事。那还要警察干吗，国家钱多的用不了了吗？以后灌云人民的人生安全和财产安全要靠谁？
